Good grief, that WAS a long time ago! I'm amazed that you remember all of that! The duplex has been succeeded by a 100 year old Craftsman in NE Portland, and dear Walter Mitten went to his reward just this past February - but the new old place has it's own lively cast of cats. You'll forgive me for not being able to picture your face immediately - I'm terrible with that - but I'm very flattered that you remember me so kindly.
